Peanut butter smoothie with cacao nibs recipe

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, ripe or frozen
  • 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 1 tsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup lactose-free kefir
  • 1 tbsp organic virgin coconut oil

Method:

  1. Add the ingredients to your blender and blend on high-speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
