Anti-inflammatory cherry smoothie recipe
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (you can use it fresh if you want even more benefits!)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup non-dairy milk or filtered water
- 4 ice cubes
In your blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
