Anti-inflammatory cherry smoothie recipe

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric (you can use it fresh if you want even more benefits!)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk or filtered water
  • 4 ice cubes

Method:

In your blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
