Try this super-healthy strawberry and blueberry smoothie recipe

This is one of my favourite light breakfast smoothies for the summer. It’s creamy, delicious and very healthy!

Strawberry and blueberry smoothie recipe

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla soymilk (cow’s milk or almond will works too)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yoghurt

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
