This is one of my favourite light breakfast smoothies for the summer. It’s creamy, delicious and very healthy!
Strawberry and blueberry smoothie recipe
- 1/2 cup vanilla soymilk (cow’s milk or almond will works too)
- 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yoghurt
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
