One of the great things about this infused water is that you can use frozen blueberries, which are cheaper than their fresh-picked counterparts. If you use frozen, however, you’ll need to let this water infuse at room temperature for a few hours before chilling in the fridge.

Blueberry, orange and lemon infused water recipe
This recipe is for a 1 L glass jar.
- Glass jar
- 8-10 blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 organic oranges slices
- 1 organic lemon slice
- Filtered water
What to do:
- Fill the glass jar up with water, then add in the fruits.
- Chill in the fridge for four to eight hours and up to 24 hours for maximum flavour.
- Enjoy with a straw.
