Banana berry yoghurt snack
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yoghurt (plain)
- 1/2 cup low-fat blueberry yoghurt (you can also acai yoghurt)
- 1/2 fresh banana, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp raw honey
- In a Mason jar or deep bowl, layer the Greek yoghurt, blueberries, blueberry yoghurt, then banana.
- Enjoy immediately with a spoon.
