This smoothie is tasty and full of satiating foods that are perfect for an energising morning boost. It’s also low in sugar and packed with heart-healthy fats, making it a well-rounded and good-for-you breakfast treat.



Spinach and hemp smoothie recipe

Serves: 2


  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 cups raw almond milk
  • Sprinkling of cinnamon

Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high-speed until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
