Yield: 2 cups
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Honey to taste
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the ground turmeric and ginger to the water.
- Reduce to a simmer, and let it be for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Strain, then add honey to taste.
