Magnesium sulfate is especially helpful at easing muscle and joint pain thanks to its very high levels of magnesium. That’s why taking an Epsom salt bath is such a great way to soothe your paining body! Here’s how to do it.
How to take an Epsom salt bath
- 2 cups Epsom salt
- 6-8 drops lavender essential oil
- Fill your bath with warm water and then add the salt and lavender oil.
- Stir the salt and lavender oil around in the water, and then hop right on in.
- Soak for at least 20 minutes.
I recommend taking an Epsom salt bath at least once every two weeks to restore your body’s magnesium levels and help treat and prevent muscle and joint stiffness.
