You know the feeling… Perhaps boredom has set in at work, or stress is affecting you at the end of the day. Perhaps you’re just plain hungry, and only something sweet and creamy will do. Don’t give in to sugary, fattening snacks! Instead, whip up the easiest, creamiest treat you’ll ever make: Skinny peanut butter yoghurt dip!
This dip has all of the sweet, nutty goodness you’re craving, with a dose of clean-eating Greek yoghurt for a scrumptious, smooth texture. I like my dip with chunky peanut butter for a satisfying crunch.
What makes this peanut butter yoghurt dip healthy
Peanut butter is high in both protein and dietary fibre. It’s a great food to eat to stay full and satisfied without added sugar. Greek yoghurt is lean and protein-rich, and has a tang that’ll give your dip a special kick.
How to make your own peanut butter yoghurt dip
1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup natural peanut butter (crunchy is recommended)
Combine the ingredients in a small bowl, then refrigerate until you’re ready to eat it.
Serve the dip with your favourite fruit or veggie. I love it with wedges of green apple!
