Coconut water smoothie with banana, mango and strawberries recipe
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Fill an ice tray with the coconut water and freeze until solid.
- Place the fruit, honey and chia seeds with the coconut water ice cubes in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
