Blend up this refreshing coconut water smoothie with banana, mango and strawberries

Summer’s on its way… So it’s time to start sharing some refreshing smoothie recipes! I personally think coconut water is the most refreshing addition to any fruit smoothie. If you agree, you’ll love this recipe!

Coconut water smoothie with banana, mango and strawberries recipe

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

  1. Fill an ice tray with the coconut water and freeze until solid.
  2. Place the fruit, honey and chia seeds with the coconut water ice cubes in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
