#1: Fennel

Fennel is a great source of fibre and high in antioxidants. It can aid in digestion by helping eliminate gas and bloat.

Try it: Add fennel to your morning smoothie or a lunchtime salad. You can even make fennel seed tea by steeping seeds in hot water for a few minutes.

#2: Avocados

Avocados are a fantastic source of fibre as well as MUFAs (monounsaturated fatty acid), which studies have shown may target belly fat.

Try it: Enjoy ripe avocado in a creamy smoothie or on toasted rye bread for breakfast. It’s also a great topping for any salad!

#3: Lemons

Lemons and limes are brilliant addition to your diet to help cleanse your system by flushing out harmful toxins.

Try it: Glug down a mug of warm water with a few slices of lemon every morning to help your body detox naturally.
